Our customers know exactly what they want. Our staff follows a continuous quality circle in collaboration with each customer to be able to translate each desire into an (affordable) solution. After an initial meeting, we proceed to the establishment of a vision for the future in a tailor-made concept. The entire course is taken into consideration, from new development to service. This is taken on by a project team with its own experts in e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, service and sales. GEA Grenco Køleteknik A/S employs high-quality criteria with regard to these choices, e.g. in the areas of:
- Investments costs, these are depending on the product-type.
- Operating costs, for in an example energy and maintenance costs.
- Environmental ruling.
- Security, in terms product quality and management.

Contracting
Product knowledge, installation knowledge, ease of operation, efficiency and level of service are essential elements of each GEA Refrigeration project for a total refrigeration solution. The various components of the installations are assembled in our own workplaces whenever possible. Our permanent partners join the prefab modules on site, including all piping, wiring, control panels and insulation. All under the responsibility of a GEA Grenco Køleteknik supervisor.
Service
GEA Refrigeration’s regional service team takes over as soon as the new installation has been fully tested and put into operation. This happens via carefully established protocols. There is an initial period guarantee service. After this, service and maintenance take place periodically according to contract agreements. Key points here are maintenance sensitivity of the systems selected, preventive testing and extension of life span. The expertise of our service staff is available 24 hours a day.
