Service Level
As soon as a new installation has been fully tested and put into operation, the serviceteam of GEA Refrigeration will take over. Our service staff, available 24 hours a day, will begin with the necessary maintenance during the guarantee period via carefully established protocols.  After this, service and maintenance take place periodically according to (contract) agreements. There are various options to choose from, up to and including an all-in contract. Key points here are maintenance sensitivity of the systems selected, preventive testing and extension of life span.
GEA Refrigeration has tailor-made contracts for: 

  • Corrective service: 365 days a year, 24 hours a day;
  • Inspection service: according to guidelines, periodic checking of installations for safety and operational certainty;
  • Preventive maintenance: periodic maintenance according to our maintenance guidelines;
  • All-in service: completely taking over the maintenance of an installation;
  • Partnership: collaboration with your own technical service;
  • Remote monitoring: 24-hour surveillance using ICT technology.

Renting
If you are in an urgent need for refrigeration, but you do not have enough resources to buy a unit.  It is possible to rent a cooling of GEA Grenco Køleteknik A/S. The following is a small selection of our NH3 Chile to rental. For HFC Chiller contact one of our regional offices.

GEA Grenco has expanded its service team…

Once a new component has been installed and is operating, our service team takes over. Our service teams are operating by following strict our procedures.  First there is an initial period in which we supply warranty service. After this period our team will perform maintenance and service on a regular interval base. The frequency of service and maintenance is depending on the type of component. Our well trained service teams are 24 hours a day available for support.
